Four-side grinding kit

When installing the transfer table, edge grinder No. 1 should be 20mm higher than edge grinder No. 2.

This production line grinds the short edges first, then the long edges. The L-shaped transfer table (WLZ4225) utilizes a PLC control system for simple and convenient operation.
The transfer table consists of a lift and conveyor platform. The lift is a double-layer cross-platform with a parallelogram-shaped lifting system, enabling fast and flexible lifting.
The conveyor platform utilizes an inclined roller structure, equipped with a gear reducer and a variable frequency motor, enabling high-speed glass passage and low-speed approach, resulting in high transfer efficiency. The conveyor rollers are designed to be durable and age-resistant, ensuring glass protection.
